  3. We gladly accept returns for items shipped by us that are faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong item). Just return the item along with proof of purchase.
  4. If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours, and we will ensure your return request is processed promptly.

2. Returns for Other Reasons

  1. For returns unrelated to damage or defects, we reserve the right to evaluate your request and approve or deny it based on our discretion. Please be aware that deductions may apply based on freight charges and your location’s pin code.

4. Exchanges
